Jack, Annie and Peanut find themselves on the moon. Annie has a death wish as usual, and Jack has to drag her sorry butt back to the tree house. Will they solve Morgan’s riddle? Or did Morgan send them to the moon to die?
I have an issue with kid fiction, where adults throw kids into life threatening situations. You can get away with that in a book like The Willoughbys or A Series of Unfortunate Events. The dark humor tone is a part of the universe, we the readers are SUPPOSE to think the adults are horrible for putting kids in life threatening situations. You can’t do that when the adults are supposed to be kind and nurturing!
Despite that nit-pick this whole series is a great action adventure series for kids with a dash of educational content thrown in for good measure. It makes for a fun read.
