The Adversary was beaten back but not defeated. The fables must brace themselves for a full scale war. . . So Jack is just going to skip town and make a Hollywood movie out of this mess. . . Hey, no point in dying poor. If the world is going to end, you may as well be comfortable while it burns.
While Jack goes onto his own spin-off series, Boy Blue journeys into the Homelands to hunt down the Adversary.
